Do I need a plan to use HelpBuoy for my business? No. HelpBuoy is MIT licensed and free for any use. A plan is for when you want answers from us directly.
What do I get by email? Help with setting up your relay, getting it reachable from outside, adding people and helpers, and anything that doesn’t work the way it should.
How do I pay? Write to us and we’ll send an invoice for the year. Prices are excluding VAT.
Where does the money go? Into HelpBuoy. Support plans pay for the time spent on fixes, testing on real Windows machines and new versions, for everyone.
